Dear Brian - thanks for being brave and saying this - I too have found
conversations difficult to follow at times (despite my feeling that some are
very moving and interesting) - I think we might be using this media wrongly
- I gather that it is possible to construct conversation threads that allow
conversations to develop in a coherent fashion. In addition to some of your
'methodological' comments perhaps we need some technical advice too.
